All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the design and order details.

Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, shipping times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Standard shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Order Delays
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. Sharon Lee Tees is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in delays, returned packages, or additional shipping charges.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Sharon Lee Tees is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if needed.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or delivery issues caused by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order resent.
